Our journey begins with defining the requirements for each role. Our goal is to provide clear expectations upfront, outlining the education, experience, and skills we’re looking for. This way, potential candidates know exactly what’s required and can confidently determine if the position aligns with their expertise.
Once our leaders have clarified the role’s requirements, we post the position on our website and popular job search platforms, making it easy for candidates to apply. As soon as an application is submitted, candidates receive an email confirming that we’ve received their information. If your qualifications align with our needs, we’ll reach out to schedule a Step One Interview.
The Step One Interview is a phone conversation where we get to know you better. It’s an opportunity to learn about your career goals. Share insights about the position, and give you a glimpse into who we are as a company.
After this initial meeting, our leadership team reconvene to review the details of every Step One candidate to determine who will move forward to Step Two.
The Step Two interview dives deeper into the role, including specific responsibilities and tasks. This stage also focuses on discussing your technical expertise and exploring your relevant experience in greater depth.
A Step Three interview may be conducted with a senior leader for additional perspective. We strive to keep the process as smooth and efficient as possible, always mindful of respecting your time.
